Hickory Ridge Farm’s Annual Strawberry JAMboree!

Hickory Ridge Farm is back with their 6th Annual Strawberry JAMboree in 2018 and their U-pick fields are open for the Season!

• U-pick strawberry fields are OPEN for the 2018 season 

• Farm Hours are Monday-Friday 9 AM to 6:30 PM, Saturday: 9 AM to 6 PM, Sunday 9 AM to 5 PM. ON SUNDAYS CHILDREN’S ACTIVITIES START AT 12 BUT PICKING STARTS AT 9. 

• Weekends: Strawberry picking, Pony Rides, hayrides, bounce house, friendly farm animals, barrel train rides, picnic tables, face painting, concessions. The farm stand is stocked with produce and homemade goodies, fresh eggs and Local Honey plus (in May) local seafood. U-pick strawberries are by the pound and pre-picked are available as well. We also offer birthday parties and private events on the farm. 

• Weekdays: Strawberry Picking, Pony Rides most days (check Facebook to verify.) Educational Strawberry Picking Field Trips in the mornings but the fields are open to the public at this time as well. Playgroups and school groups are welcome. The play area with playhouses, sand piles, farm animals and picnic tables are open and free. Produce stand is open every day. 

The Annual Strawberry JAMboree is scheduled for May 5, 2018!

When: Saturday, May 5, 2018 from 10am-4pm (rain date May 12)

Where: Hickory Ridge Farm 2928 S Battlefield Blvd, Chesapeake VA 23322

Cost: There is FREE Admission to the event itself and tickets are sold for different activities.
