Artful Play: Early Childhood Art Classes

The Hermitage Museum is now offering an exploratory, stimulating, inviting, and safe environment for young children and their caregiver to become familiar with basic art materials, while nurturing creativity, curiosity and developmental growth.

It’s never too soon to introduce your child to art! Spend the morning with your child making art using a variety of methods such as drawing, painting, collage, and printing. This class will stimulate their budding curiosity through singing and movement activities, engaging stories, exploratory art experiences, and nature walks.  Help foster your child’s growing mobility with new sensory and fine motor experiences.

The Toddlers class is currently full for the January-March session, but you can still grab a spot for your little one in the Art Babies class for ages 14-30 months. The upcoming dates are February 18 & March 17, 2016.

Art Babies: Ages 14- 30 months
10:00-10:45am
Members: $10 | Non-members:$12
