Free Introductory Lacrosse Clinics (Boys & Girls)

V3 Lax is offering several free introductory lacrosse lessons (Boys and Girls) at the Virginia Beach Sportsplex. These lessons are for kids ages 6-16. There is no equipment necessary, just register, show up and learn!
Dates/Times:
Monday February 18th - 5:30pm - 6:45pm
Tuesday February 19th - 5:30pm - 6:45pm
Wednesday February 20th - 5:30pm - 6:45pm
Sunday February 23rd - 12:30pm - 1:45pm
Each session will be approximately 24 participants so RSVP soon to get the clinic that works best for you. If none of the clinics above work for your schedule there will be additional clinics the following week on a similar schedule.
Cost: Free but you need to register!
Location: Virginia Beach Sportsplex, 2181 Landstown Rd, Virginia Beach, VA 23456

These session will be non-contact and participants will learn how to properly hold a lacrosse stick, scooping, carrying, dodging, throwing, catching and shooting. Sticks and balls will be provided - or borrow one from a friend (we have a limited supply).
