• Grandparents Day at White’s Garden Center in Chesapeake – Happy Grandparent’s Day Weekend! This weekend – Saturday & Sunday come visit White’s Old Mill Garden Center for Free Ice Cream. Just mention you are here with the grandkids at checkout to get your free ice cream for you and your grandchild.

• Military Families – Military Bowling National Grandparents Day at NAVSTA Norfolk – Pierside Lanes, B Ave., Bldg. CEP-127, Norfolk, VA 23511. Naval Station Norfolk MWR celebrates National Grandparents Day on Sunday, September 9. Bring your grandparents in to bowl an get one free game and one free shoe rental. • Grandparents Day at White’s Garden Center in Chesapeake – Happy Grandparent’s Day Weekend! This weekend – Saturday & Sunday come visit White’s Old Mill Garden Center for Free Ice Cream. Just mention you are here with the grandkids at checkout to get your free ice cream for you and your grandchild.

• Nauticus is offering a special…from 10am-5pm Grandparents will receive Free admission when accompanied by a paying child. One “free” grandparent per child. No other discounts apply.

• 11am -6pm Grand Parents Day at Bounce House Norfolk – Enjoy Grandparents day by bringing your grandchildren to Bounce House Norfolk and receiving admission for only $6 per child and a special present for you, but only if you bring them in. No rain checks!

• 12-8pm September Vendor Bingo and Craft Fair Grandparents Day Celebration – All Grandparents play 10 games of Bingo for only $5! We can’t wait to celebrate with you! Special UPDATE: Bingo and Potluck is from 6:00pm-8:30pm with Shopping from ALL of the vendors. Doors open at 6:00pm and 1st Bingo game is called at 6:30pm. This is a FAMILY friendly event! EARLY Bird vendors are outside from 12noon-5pm which is weather permitting! Stay tuned for updates for the EARLY Bird vendors! The evening event is rain or shine as we are INSIDE!
