Reptiles! Bizarre & Beautiful
This weekend is all about reptiles at The Virginia Living Museum! Their weekend event “Reptiles! Bizarre & Beautiful” runs Saturday through Monday.
Children’s activities, live animal presentations and exhibits are just some of the fun planned.
You will find exhibits from:
- Iguana Rescue
- Virginia Dept. of Game and Inland Fisheries
- Virginia Herpetological Society
- Wildlife Response, Inc.
- The Virginia Aquarium Stranding Response Team
- Reptiles from Clyde Peeling’s Reptiland
Some of the amazing reptiles you can meet include:
- Western Diamondback Rattlesnake
- Waxing Monkey Tree Frogs
- Day Geckos
- and more!
Where: Virginia Living Museum, 524 J. Clyde Morris Blvd., Newport News, VA 23601
When: February 15-17, 2014. Saturday and Monday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Sunday from noon to 5 p.m.
